I have fished all kinds of weather for Carp and have found my best days here in NJ have come on overcast days with no wind and rainy days! The past week here it has rained a few times and those were the days we landed 2 25lbers and a few smaller. Then the weather changed for the nicer and all of a sudden the fish have been real quite!
